NATCA Subsidy Program Guidelines NATCA National has provided funding for a limited number of NATCA members to attend the 2010 Communicating for Safety conference. This subsidy is for hotel accommodations during the conference and does not include transportation, conference registration, or any extra meals. Your conference registration fee includes a continental breakfast and buffet-style lunch on both days of the conference and also includes admission to the evening receptions where there will be an assortment of food items and a cash bar. NATCA members who attend the conference have two options for accommodations (can be selected during the registration process). 1.You may make your own lodging arrangements by calling the hotel directly and telling them you are with the NATCA conference OR 2.Allowing NATCA to add you to the rooming list. The information needed for this is part of the registration process. You may request a subsidy in a shared room. NATCA will pay 100% (plus tax) cost of a room shared by two NATCA members OR You may request a subsidy in a private room. NATCA will pay 50% (plus tax) for a room with one NATCA member (non-shared) If you receive the subsidy and you requested a shared room, NATCA will pay for the entire cost of your room EXCLUDING extras such as cleaning, mini-bar, in-room movies, or tips. You may or may not be assigned a roommate if you apply for this option. You may request your own roommate ONLY after both attendees' registrations have been received. If you are requesting a shared room, you have the option to list up to three NATCA members as roommates in the registration process. If you do not list any roommates, a roommate will be assigned. If you receive the subsidy and you requested a private room, NATCA will pay for 50% of your room expense EXCLUDING extras such as cleaning, mini-bar, in-room movies, or tips.
